Ninja Geolocation Plans and Feature Comparison
Introduction
Ninja Geolocation is available in Starter, Pro, and Agency packages. Each ZIP contains a defined feature set; the license controls eligible activations, updates, and support for that package.
Lower packages can display upgrade cards for unavailable fields in the Ninja Forms builder. An upgrade card identifies the required package; it is not a usable field implementation.

Starter
Starter provides the core location-collection workflow for one website. Use it to collect and geocode an address, display or select the location on a map, capture coordinates, detect the visitor's current location, and reuse location properties in ordinary Ninja Forms fields.
Pro
Pro supports three websites and adds validation, routing, distance calculations, and saved-submission maps. Use it when a form needs to validate an address, calculate distance or travel time, display a route and turn-by-turn directions, or map submitted locations.
Agency
Agency supports twenty websites and adds nearest-destination and geographic drawing workflows. It is designed for store or branch selection, service-provider matching, delivery zones, service areas, boundaries, and user-created shapes.
License Versus Package
The installed plugin ZIP determines which field implementations are present. Entering a higher-tier key into a lower-tier ZIP does not download missing feature files automatically. Install the package provided in your GEO my WP account.
A valid activation provides eligible automatic updates and support. Field availability and frontend functionality come from the installed package; an expired license does not remove field implementations that are already installed.
Legacy Personal and Business Licenses
Personal and Business are legacy license names and are not current purchase options. Eligible Personal and Business entitlements are mapped to the canonical Pro package instead of maintaining separate 3.5 ZIP builds.
The original license's site allowance and renewal terms remain account-specific. Review the license in your account or contact support if the expected Pro download is not available.
Troubleshooting
A field appears as an upgrade card instead of a usable field
The installed package does not include that field implementation. Confirm the required plan, then install the matching package from your GEO my WP account.
A higher-tier license key does not unlock missing fields
The installed ZIP determines which implementations are present. Install the package supplied for the license; activating a key does not add files that are missing from a lower-tier package.
A legacy Personal or Business account does not show the expected Pro download
Review the entitlement and download in your GEO my WP account. If the expected Pro package is missing, contact support with the account email and license details.
