1. Introduction

Welcome to Ninja Geolocation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of
ninjageolocation.com, the Ninja Geolocation plugin, related downloads, licenses, subscriptions, support services, and demonstrations.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Ninja Geolocation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use the product.

Purchases, subscriptions, licenses, downloads, and account management are handled through our parent platform,
GEO my WP.

2. Products and Services

Ninja Geolocation provides geolocation fields, maps, address tools, routing features, location calculations, and related functionality for Ninja Forms.

Available features depend on the package or plan purchased, the installed plugin version, license status, required third-party services, and the configuration of your WordPress website.

Current plans, site allowances, features, and prices are described on our Pricing page. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and fees based on your location.

We may update our products, features, packages, prices, or services. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter a completed purchase except where they affect a future subscription renewal or are necessary for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Requirements and Third-Party Dependencies

Ninja Geolocation requires compatible versions of WordPress, Ninja Forms, PHP, and any other dependencies listed in the product documentation or plugin package.

Certain features also require third-party services, including Google Maps Platform services. You are responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining the required third-party accounts and API keys.
  • Enabling the required API services.
  • Configuring appropriate API-key restrictions.
  • Complying with the provider’s terms, policies, and usage requirements.
  • Paying any third-party usage charges or fees.

Third-party services may change, restrict, discontinue, or charge for their services independently of Ninja Geolocation. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, or operation of third-party services.

4. Purchases and Payment Processing

Purchases are processed securely through GEO my WP. This website does not directly process or store your complete payment-card or payment-account details.

Available payment methods may include providers such as Stripe or PayPal, depending on the options displayed during checkout.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to comply with the applicable terms of GEO my WP and your selected payment provider.

5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Ninja Geolocation licenses are generally sold as annual subscriptions unless a product is expressly identified otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal pricing may differ from introductory first-year pricing and will be based on the applicable renewal terms shown during purchase, in your account, or in renewal communications.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through
your GEO my WP account.

Canceling a subscription prevents future automatic renewals. It does not automatically refund a completed payment or end the subscription period that has already been paid for.

6. Software Licenses and Site Allowances

Your purchase provides a license key and access to the package, site allowance, updates, downloads, and support included with the purchased plan.

You agree to:

  • Use the license key only within the site allowance included with your plan.
  • Keep the license key private and secure.
  • Not publish, sell, share, or transfer the license key without our permission.
  • Deactivate the license from websites where it is no longer being used.
  • Not use one license to provide unauthorized access to updates, downloads, or support.

Development and staging websites may be permitted without an additional purchase. Please contact us if a staging or development domain needs to be added to your license.

7. Updates, Downloads, and Support

An active and valid license is generally required to receive automatic updates, download current product versions, activate the license on eligible sites, and receive support.

After a subscription expires, an already-installed copy of the plugin may continue to function. However, access to updates, downloads, support, new activations, security improvements, compatibility fixes, and newly released features may end. Continued operation with future versions of WordPress, Ninja Forms, PHP, themes, plugins, browsers, or third-party APIs is not guaranteed.

Support covers reasonable assistance with documented product functionality. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, support does not include:

  • Custom development or website-building services.
  • Debugging unrelated third-party themes, plugins, hosting, or custom code.
  • Managing Google Cloud accounts, billing, or API quotas on your behalf.
  • General WordPress or Ninja Forms training unrelated to Ninja Geolocation.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Refund Policy includes separate conditions for new purchases and subscription renewals. Please review it before completing a purchase or renewal.

Requesting a refund does not authorize continued use of the refunded product, license, updates, downloads, or support.

9. User Accounts and Security

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details and license keys.
  • Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials or license keys.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website, plugin, licenses, or services for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
  • Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Share, publish, sell, or misuse license keys or account credentials.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, downloads, or services.
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of our website or services.
  • Misrepresent the origin, ownership, endorsement, or affiliation of Ninja Geolocation.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract protected website, account, or customer information without permission.

11. Open-Source License and Intellectual Property

The distributed Ninja Geolocation WordPress plugin code is licensed under the
GNU General Public License version 3 or later, as stated in the plugin package.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights expressly granted by the applicable open-source license.

Your purchase is for access to the licensed package, license key, updates, downloads, support, and related subscription benefits. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of:

  • The Ninja Geolocation name, branding, trademarks, logos, or website.
  • License keys or licensing infrastructure.
  • Documentation, marketing materials, images, demonstrations, or other website content.
  • Third-party trademarks, software, or services.

You may not misrepresent the origin of the plugin, imply endorsement or affiliation without permission, or use our branding in a misleading manner.

12. Availability and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the website, licensing services, downloads, documentation, and plugin functionality. However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

WordPress websites vary significantly. We do not guarantee compatibility with every:

  • WordPress, Ninja Forms, or PHP version.
  • Theme, plugin, page builder, hosting environment, or custom-code implementation.
  • Browser, device, operating system, or accessibility configuration.
  • Google Maps Platform service, account configuration, API restriction, quota, or billing arrangement.

Product requirements and supported versions may change as the underlying platforms evolve.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, plugin, documentation, demonstrations, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the product will meet every individual requirement, operate without interruption, be free from every defect, or remain compatible with every third-party product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or website availability arising from your use of or inability to use the product or services.

Our total liability relating to a product or subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ninja Geolocation, its owner, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website, plugin, licenses, or services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights.
  • Your forms, websites, data-collection practices, or handling of personal information.
  • Your modification or redistribution of the plugin.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, license, download, update, or support service if we reasonably believe that:

  • These Terms have been materially violated.
  • A license key, account, or payment method is being used fraudulently or without authorization.
  • Use of the service creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
  • A payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise invalidated.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Serious fraud, abuse, or security threats may result in immediate suspension.

You may stop using the product or cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

Website owners using Ninja Geolocation are responsible for the privacy, consent, retention, and legal requirements associated with information collected through their own Ninja Forms.

18. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a request through our Support page and include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The location or URL of the allegedly infringing content.
  • A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.

19. Independent Product Disclaimer

Ninja Geolocation is an independent third-party plugin and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ninja Forms or Saturday Drive, INC.

Ninja Forms and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account system, or email where appropriate. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
