Nowadays, most browsers require a secure page ( HTTPS ) to use the auto-locator feature. Otherwise, the auto-locator will fail and show an error message. To be able to use the auto-locator feature you must have an SSL certificate installed on your site.
Please note that the accuracy of the current location retrieved by the auto-locator feature depends solely on the browser, and it might not always retrieve the exact location of the user. The plugin has no control over the accuracy of the current location.
